Building a beautiful custom home is a dream for many homeowners, which lead to the creation of Yonan Dream Homes by founder, Ryan Yonan. Ryan started out as a young man in the construction industry working on his dream to be a provider for his family. In 2002 hard work and dedication led him to work with builders in the construction of new homes. While working in this area, he saw the opportunity to partner with builders, as well as provide a service for homeowners, and opened Colorful Expressions Painting in 2011. Colorful Expressions became a premier partner for many builders in Northern Indiana.

Throughout the years, the expertise he gained in the construction industry made Ryan want to dream bigger and he worked towards becoming a General Contractor and Project Manager. In 2020 Ryan acquired a position with a large, well established and locally owned new home builder. In this position he learned every detail and aspect of the building process becoming well versed in different custom crafted homes and the different styles of homes and various finishes that are offered. The next big step in this life long dream was to become a custom home builder and opened Yonan Dream Homes. Ryan Yonan is MS4 Certified, a CAPS specialist and is a member of both the Indiana Builder Association and National Association of Home Builders.
